Whether you make your limousine or party bus reservation with us or with another company in the area - it is always best to go into your adventure very informed. To us, there is nothing better than having a client who is knowledgeable and well informed about our industry and how we do business. For that reason, we do everything we can to ensure that you have all the information you possibly can obtain, before you even reach out to us to make a reservation. We truly believe that an educated client, is a happy client!
On that note, we have done our very best to provide as much information as possible. On this page, you'll find a few of the most common questions that our booking agents encounter while on the phone helping customers. Our staff has also provided us with the most concise, yet informative answers possible so that you won't have any doubt when you decide to book with us. So, without further ado, please read on to find the answer to the query you are wondering about. However, don't be daunted if you don't happen to see the question you have here. Our booking agents will be more than happy to quickly put your mind at ease.
Yes! Both of our interior and exterior images are all accurate to the actual limousines and party buses that we have! We do update the interiors and things like that from time-to-time and we will do our best to update the photos next time we do so but the only thing that could differ is an improvement.
In order for us to assign that limo or party bus on that day for you and at your time, you just have to call us and make a $200 deposit by debit or credit card that will hold the vehicle for you.
In order to keep our fleet like brand new for you and the next clients, there is no smoking allowed on any of our vehicles. You likely won't find any limousine or party bus company that does allow for smoking; for the same reason. However, every trip that we plan with you allows for unlimited stops and mileage in your quote so, you can stop as often as you would like to take cigarette breaks.
Absolutely! We even have at least one bar area on the inside of every limousine and party bus that we have in our fleet.
There is no limit to the amount of stops you can make nor the distance that you can cover. We charge zero additional fuel fees or mileage costs.
Yes, we do! For specific details, please call us. We do offer the red carpet service, decoration and several other things that you hope for when renting a limousine (or party bus) for your wedding but we also have special wedding rate packages, as well!
No. There's nothing we will hide from you. Ask us any question and we will tell you a truthful answer. We won't demand more money before starting your run. The only additional money you may have to pay is something like a cleaning fee for leaving the vehicle really messy or a damage charge if something was broken.
Yes they can! Just know that if there is someone under the age of 21 years old, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle, even if they are 5 years old. Most of our seats are not forward facing and have no seat belts.
We ask that you only book your reservation if you are absolutely sure that you are correct with all the information and that it is happening because we do not allow for you to cancel your reservation. You cannot change the date of your reservation. Depending on availability, you might be able to move the time or the vehicle size.
You don't have to tip the driver but tipping shows the driver that they performed great service and you were satisfied. When they are tipped it's around $50-100.
That's okay. If you are having fun, you can continue. We don't charge a ridiculous fee for going over. You are charged your normal hourly rate in 15 minute increments so that you are not charged for time you didn't use.
