Our company began for one purpose, all those years ago. That purpose was to be the very best of the best in our industry. Over time, companies in our line of work have adopted some rather unsavory business practices. What kind of business practices? Well, an often reported complaint we get about other businesses is that they weren't up front about all the charges they would incur. Oftentimes, our customers will tell us that they wound up paying over one hundred dollars more than quoted because of things like fuel charges or mandatory gratuity. If we encounter a situation where there needs to be an extra fuel surcharge, it would be primarily because a client is out of our typical area of operations. In that case, your charge would be factored in ahead of time. As far as mandatory gratuity goes... We feel that a tip is a tip. If your driver deserves a tip, it's up to you and your group to provide one. We would never, ever demand that you tip someone. At that point, it is no longer a gratuity but, a charge. We don't think that kind of chicanery is in our best interest, and it definitely is not in your best interest. So, you will pay only what you are quoted unless something unexpected comes up (incidental damage or, for example, overtime). Since we wanted to provide the people of our area with something better, we thus opened our doors to the public with the goal of challenging the status-quo and moving forward with something that is more advantageous to our clients, and in the long run... Us too. We pledged to be fair and honest in our dealings with the public, and to provide our clientele with 100% transparency during every stage of their process with us.
What does this mean for you? The answer to that is simple! It means you get clarity from the start. Your quoted price, will be the price you pay if you book. It means that any and all potential fees are disclosed up front, before you give us any money. It means that any of our rules and regulations are an open book. If you have a question, you will get a straight answer. Isn't it refreshing to know that not all companies are out there to serve the almighty dollar?! While it's nice to make a living, we believe that in the long run - operating in a way which fosters satisfaction among our customers, will serve us better than taking a quick buck at the expense of your happiness.
